lack of sense of urgency, lack of communication, lack of respect, lack of everything a hospital even the pharmacy should have ! waited more than one hour just for them to tell me my medicine is out of stock, unbelievable ! the people at the pick up registers saw me waiting and even asked them but instead received attitude that my name was never on the screen when it was ! why can they have common sense and double check why it is taking so long ?
All the KP staff were warm, caring, & prompt services. My 2 trips in 2 months.
Disgusting. Anyone who works in the medical field knows blood should be cleaned ASAP. My room had blood on the floor. Don't know how long its been here. I wonder if the patients before me were aware that they were walking all over it. Then they go home with the same shoes they were stepping on the blood with. Kaiser promotes itself as an elite hospital. But, we have to do better. I will not be coming back to this one.
I always try to stay away from the ER, but today i Had to go because i had a huge open wound in my right hand that couldn’t wait for urgent care services . I will start with that there was no wait time at all. from the waiting room, the nurse who took me to my room where i had to wait for the Dr., was so nice and sweet, she made me feel comfortable from the start. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! never again. To begin with the waiting line for check in 40 minutes,once inside the lobby 6 hours the wait for a room.he was sent to do MRI and CT SCAN,at first they denied it because they just didn't want to do it when that was the main concern of husbands DR. And ours! I had to talk to a beautiful soul from the registration window, if it wasn't for her they wouldn't let me in with my husband, thanks to her.
