If you are having a emergency don’t go here, even if you have Kaiser, go somewhere else, you could die in the emergency room just waiting, my wife had such bad pain, and literally peeing blood, and when we ask for updates we just got told there is people waiting for longer, we waited for hours and hours and hours. Before even being seen. Worst ER in California. Horrible experience, mother came in with symptoms that truly restricted her from numerous of day to day actions, but left with nothing that makes us feel that our visit was worth it at all. Waiting time to just hear your name called for something as small as a blood pressure check, took up to at least an hour, So you could only imagine how long it took to get into a bed or to be seen by an actual doctor. I had a very disappointing experience at Kaiser. The waiting room was completely chaotic — people were yelling, running, screaming, and crying, and there didn’t seem to be any control or order from the staff. My mother went in for headaches, and instead of taking her symptoms seriously, they prescribed her a stool softener — which makes absolutely no sense for the issue she was dealing with. I waited over 6 hours in the ER despite the waiting room being nearly empty. I was experiencing ear fluid leakage, severe headache, dizziness, loss of balance, and blurred vision. When I finally saw a doctor, my symptoms were dismissed, and I was prescribed stool softeners that had nothing to do with my concerns. I was discharged without answers or relief. Very dissatisfied with the quality of care.
