Yesterday I came in with my mother for her blood pressure check appointment. We were greeted with a smile and a friendly voice by Ms Shelby. My mom is visiting from California and has had some health scares while here. We've been constantly back and forth to Kaiser Urgent Cares with no real resolve. After telling Ms Shelby what was going on she was very concerned and did whatever she could to try to calm my anxious mother. I have famously bad veins, so getting bloodwork always makes me anxious. Naquesta was very empathetic and, best of all, got the needle in quickly (the first time) with no pain at all. The skill! Best blood draw experience I think I’ve ever had. Thank you, Naquesta!
Tesfaye did a great job with the blood draw, my daughter was a little nervous, but she eased her mind and was quick and efficient. Doctor Lee in internal medicine was excellent, punctual and thorough. Very efficient visit.
