Fast, reliable, no shipping charges….just my regular prescription copay .
Absolutely the worst mail order I have ever had to deal with. They canceled an order without notifying me. They don’t understand how to communicate with their members. I would not recommend kaiser to anyone I care about and have changed insurance.
Medication was sent a week late and they did not update me.
1 star b/c 0 stars is not available On the 24th, I sent in for a refill of my kid's adhd meds. Today is the 1st of Dec. They have still not filled it. They wont get it in the mail until the 2nd. They will not overnight the meds. The last time this was filled, it was 10/30....for a 30 day supply. Let's do the math...his supply runs out on the 29th (maybe the 30th). I was told, "use our brick and mortar pharmacies". We tried that. They never have a supply...so we end up doing 2+ trips...one for an emergecy supply (3 days), the... read more
