Too many delays. It takes a year to finish one single cycle here. So frustrating! I wish we went somewhere else.
If you have a choice, do not go here. The doctors are spineless and unmotivated to advocate for their patients. The nurses run the show, get on their bad side and they will find a way to delay your care and make it as stressful as possible. You'll find better service at a DMV. If kaiser cared for its members/patients, they'd shut this joke of an operation down and refer out to private clinics. A complete waste of time and money.
I would like to state although this rating is at a 2 star it is not intended to be reflective upon Dr. Anthony Deangelis, Dr. Sara Ann Gilbert, NP. Anjalis Sharma, RN Michelle Schaider, Kathleen Vaugnh or the front desk receptionist. Writing this review I know it won't be taken seriously or lightly. The journey of infertility does have its trying tosses and turns. And by the time many of us seek options, we are frustrated, depressed, anxious and just need a shoulder to lean on. I was hesitant to go with this clinic based off the reviews, but our experience was amazing! We started the process with paperwork in Aug 2021 and had our consultation with Dr. Babcock a few weeks later. She was very kind and very informative about the process. She concluded that with my husbands 0% motility our only option would be IVF with ICSI. She first wanted my husband to be checked out by a urologist to be sure it wasn’t something they could fix first. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixable and we went forward with IVF. Our ... read more
