This Kaiser is very organized with an great pharmacy, great workman's comp department, and very compassionate doctors.
I had to reschedule my appointment from another clinic due to time conflict. I was amazed how quickly & efficiently I was accommodated at the Carson clinic. Receptionists very helpful & nursing staff excellent. Thank you
could have given a 10 but the lady who checked me in for the lab wasn't so friendly anymore, maybe because it's towards the end of the day and she's already tired and so was the phlebotomist who took my blood.
I received excellent service at Kaiser from checking in today. The nurse,Fernando that assisted me was professional,respectful and very knowledgeable. I left proud to being a Kaiser member
