I had an appointment. I believe I lost my wallet there. I tried calling them but of course the number they give you isn't direct. I get bounced around 4 times to a security guard who eventually tells me to dial the number I did call and got bounced around in the first place. So the security guard puts me on hold then comes back and says someone is in the room I was using. and tells me to call back tomorrow. According to the KP Pharmacy personnel the Prescription for an Antibiotic came through the IT Outside Vendor (Pearl Dental) just fine. But, the same system dropped multiple presciptions for pain relief medication. I was in the pharmacy over an hour with them suggesting Ibuprophen (contraindicated with my other medications)...Unbelieveable chaos over a simple oral pain medication order. Love this location and EVERY SINGLE WORKER here was pleasantly kind and helpful. I do not recieve that at other kaiser locations
