Keiser permanente is extremely efficient while keeping customer care and wellness at the forefront. I really enjoyed every interaction with any health issue they’ve addressed.
They are always fast to check me in, never make me wait too long, have excellent staff and take their time and incredibly thorough.
Short wait time and my phlebotomist, Layda, was friendly, kind, and compassionate.
Mammograms can be painful. Especially if you have arthritis or other mobility issues. My visit to Kaiser for my yearly mammogram was my first ever and it was very prompt, the technician was very professional and she got things done without causing me extreme pain which I truly appreciated.
