Love this location and EVERY SINGLE WORKER here was pleasantly kind and helpful. I do not recieve that at other kaiser locations
I have been going to Dr.Thayer for over 5 years and we have a wonderful relationship on all medical levels. She is understanding in her evaluations and listens when I explain a concern or problem. I can ask her any question and get answers that are cogent. I find her office support staff to be of the same high quality; I never feel rushed or hurried.
My overall care at Kaiser was beyond expectation. From Alfred and Rocio in reception to my nurses Brittney and Monica. Hands down to my doctor who was very thorough in my care. I felt heard and extremely well taken care of. Thank you all!
The nurse who took me in, got blood pressure, etc, was excellent, thorough and friendly. Dr Lovato is a gem. Put me at ease and answered all my questions.
Very convenient location for many Kaiser Permanente patients.
