This visit was much faster than previous visits. Big plus. The later 10am start is a bit late
Went to urgent care and they got me in quickly. Had some imaging done and the results all within a couple of hours despite having to go to another location for the scans. Great service with excellent doctor and support staff!
Somewhat counter productive. I went to have someone provide me with relief from shoulder pain. I at least thought this provider would offer me a referral to an orthopedic shoulder specialist. Instead he gave me exercises and suggested Physical therapy. Both of which have only irritated and caused more pain. Right now I just want a cortisone injection to let me get on with life.
Like any other urgent care, there was a very long wait. I loved the virtual waiting room! We were able to leave and come back, only waiting about 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly and professional.
