Support team and dr were responsive and helpful. Dr said he'd call me later which he did. Only issue was wait time--took a while, but number of patients with staffing numbers available will take as long as it takes I guess. Thank you.
Not enough doctors/appointments for how many subscribers they have. Poor service. Poor care.
