I understand that the nursing staff has no personal interest in their patient or the patients loved ones. However the callous disregard for their worries and concerns is unacceptable. Not only does Kaiser Permanente feel it is acceptable to leave their members in agony for literally months prior to gracing them with the surgery they so obviously need, they then seem to think it is perfectly okay to disregard any vestige of "care" in the treatment of the patient and their family.
