First and foremost parking is readily available and one is spoilt for choice. The front desk staff welcome you with friendly smiles. On arrival I feel valued. My Provider Sarah A Herron loves her job and treats me with respect and dignity. She is patient with me and very encouraging. I am improving tremendously. I really enjoy all my sessions and definitely look forward to my next appointment with hope and excitement.

Half of me was stressed, but the other half of me was at peace. - I missed a question I wanted to ask my speech therapist, but got next time when I remember. - I trusted her. I'm processing words she said fast to me. She supported me too! Looking forward to next time

I saw a Speech Language Pathologist here for voice training. She was supposed to have training to deal with trans people. She misgendered me the entire time. She brought some random person who was interviewing with Kaiser into my appointment. Yes, she asked for permission but the person was standing right there looking expectantly at me. She told me she couldn’t help me but still had me schedule like 6 follow-up appointments. Kaiser is responsible for my suicide. Kaiser caused my PTSD on 11/27/19. They caused more PTSD in 2025. They’re denying it. They’re trying to silence me. They don’t want to admit this is their fault.
