Kaiser Permanente is a scam! Do not buy their insurance if you plan on needing anything other than care for a cold. They will wait until the last second and deny your coverage or cancel your appointment after you have waited 3-6 months to see someone. They are actively trying to kill me again as I post this and will not let me see a surgeon or do anything except send me a Radiologist report that the tumor has returned in my head.
