I have been with Kaiser since 1981 and I have yet to have a bad experience. I have not had too many doctors, fortunately, my doctors are there for the long haul. The first doctor I saw retired after many years. I currently go to the Hidden Lake Office but I originally started at the Westminster office and when they opened Hidden Lake, I transferred over there and have been there since. I am getting ready for Medicare and I definitely intend to stay with Kaiser and get their supplemental plan.
My eye exam with Dr. Ashley Rieple on 4/12/21 was most thorough and clear. Her notes about this exam showed that she really listened to me and my questions. I will see her again on 4/19/21.
