i don’t recommend the OBGYN offices here for birth control, especially anyone looking for IUD insertion or placement. i should have ran when the nurse the phone told me pain blockers (lidocaine) were unnecessary and didn’t prescribe me anything before my appointment. i had an agonizing IUD placement that ultimately failed because my cervix was not open and couldn’t fit the device.

Parking structure is a nightmare! Check in line long sometimes with not many open windows. Sometimes employees sitting at the check in desk not open when there's a long line. Revolving door stopped with me and 2 others stuck and wouldn't resume. Security guard just stood there doing nothing. Had to squeeze thru opening to get back inside and exit thru regular door. The only positive is the RN who helps me when I come for my appointments and the ER staff. Wish I could go elsewhere, but choices are Anaheim or Irvine and this i... read more

I had my appointment here for neurology, I got there and I waited in the line to check in, this person, Yesenia, came up to me and asked me what I was checking in for. Mind you, I had already waited in the line and I was next to be helped. She had me go elsewhere to check in, when I arrived there, the lady was helping someone.
