Hard to get the help and referrals you need from the caseworkers. They rush you in and out, very insensitive. They act like they care when they don't. Atleast this is what I experienced with trying to get help for my son.
Horrible! I tried getting my teen daughter help and all they have done is schedule a phone appointment. And to top it off she couldn't even get through with the video link. Then she tried calling and they hung up on her! why do addiction recovery programs make this so difficult when the people trying to get help are going through the worst times in their lives!
