Everyone I've met has been super helpful and nice. You definitely need an appointment to go here and you would be referred here by your doctor if applicable. Making lots of progress. Progress not perfection.
The doctor in charge of my mother's case failed to issue the referral to the correct department location. Consequently, the referral was dropped, and the appointment we initially set was dropped, resulting in severe delays in my mother's proper care. The referral had to be reinstated resulting in the process starting all over again.
I was supposed to see Dr. Alonzo Lamas for an ADHD assessment early this month. I did everything they asked (drug screening, the class, pre visit assessments, etc.) and waited 6 weeks for this appointment. The day before my appointment, I received the confirmation through Kaiser's app and did the pre visit assessments. The next day, I went to log in at my video visit time, only to find my appointment was no longer on the website.
