Yulanda is the greatest of all staff at camp springs member services she was oh so helpful to me when other paid me no mind. She took time out of her busy schedule to come to my aid. I love her dearly and give her a raise.
Yikes. We live all the way in Waldorf but chose Kaiser because we heard such good things about treatment there. What I failed to consider is that it's different depending on which campus you go to. My husband went to his first appointment today and there was no one manning the front desk. He had no idea where to go as he's never been there before.
