Terrible service and attentiveness had me waiting for damn near 3 hours with a dislocated knee and haven’t even gone as far to do X-rays , do not come here
I had a great 2-day hospital stay for viral infections. They were very caring and supportive.
This is for ER I wish that I could give a zero !!!! Put you in a room with dirty sheets. Bad bedside manner. Don't take blood pressure correctly in triage. The wait is several hours. They did NOT listen to me. They dismissed what I told them was wrong. The doctor suggested that I be tested for drugs Horrible treatment of people already not feeling well. Go right across rhe street to HOAG! They are kind, they listen, they are friendly, and even care.
I had a colonoscopy. They did a poor job. It was a terrible experience. Doctor and hospital staff were not grateful for what they had, because doctor was late more than an hour (it was the first appointment of the day), nurses were inexperienced (created multiple holes in my arms while finding the right place. Sedation BURST into my veins all at once because they did a poor job to insert it in the first place) I would have given negative starts, unfortunately minimum rating is 1 star.
