I waited 80 minutes after the blood pressure check and nobody checked on me. I would ask every 15-20 minutes when the doctor would actually be available and told they're with another patient. Finally after 80 minutes I gave up and was told I had somehow been marked as already seen. Total failure in the system.
Dr. Lombre is caring, attentive and knowledgeable. Glad our three children are under her care.

Dr. Roberts and the staff of Kaiser Permanente Fairfield, Ca. are very thorough when they're helping you. I find myself leaving with a smile, in spite of, the reason I came for help.
