Waited a month fo get an appointment here, i have a crippling mental illness that ive lived with for years and it took so long to get my appointment. I had to wait an HOUR to be seen even though i was 20 minutes early as theyd asked me to do so in the appointment details. Spent 40 minutes being asked questions that were hard to understand, and when i told her i was hard of hearing she rolled her eyes and acted like it was the end of the world i had a disability. I was referred to the establishment to find out that-the referrals have certificates working under one license professional . no offense everyone but I would like a PhD specialist that has that experienced professional it’s unfortunate that the qualifications for this position aren’t taken seriously 😒
