I really hate Kaiser all Kaiser hospital the lady says to my mom that we keep coming back to the hospital ok and? When I call they say I can go back to the hospital the desk lady is so rude telling I can leave all hospital Kaiser are trash always saying it’s normal until my mom dies it’s all of your guys fault
Excellent staff. Very professional, friendly and efficient.
The waiting room staff was extremely rude and told me I couldn't lay down on the floor and elevate my leg for a critical injury that requires it be above my heart to reduce the swelling. The reason I was doing this was because I was waiting to be admitted for my appointment that day to see a doctor immediately and how little the front desk was able to help me out with getting my appointment sorted out made me never want to schedule another appointment through the Kaiser system again.
