Great team, Angela M. the phlebotomist was such a pro. I didn't feel any discomfort when she draw my blood.
My number was could I took a seat. During this time, the person helping me was fully engaged in a conversation with a coworker and did not acknowledge me. After a few seconds had passed, she asked for my name and birthdate, but she continued her conversation with her coworker.
I had to visit this location, as you walk into facility you witness a huge lgbtq sign. It's sad & disturbing that you come to Kaiser to feel safe & seeking medical attention yet Kaiser instead of focusing on the wellness of ALL their patients they focus on the mentally ill. Just like California, they defend criminals instead of the well being of ALL Americans. Looks like they are part of the problem. There is NO pride month.
