Very long time to get a pediatric appointment! We need to wait for more than10 days to see his pediatrician.
I recently got reassigned to Kaiser to one of my favorite pediatricians out there!! Dr Hempstead is one of the most caring and thoughtful doctors and I can not wait to be going back to him for my kiddos!! Always loved Kaiser but he is a truly amazing person and doctor!
I am extremely disappointed with the service at Kaiser. I had to wait over an hour for a simple 5-minute immunization. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall management of the facility. A one-star rating is generous given this experience.
First time taking my daughter to see Dr. Chan and we had a great experience! She is an amazing pediatrician who takes her time and I can tell that she really cares for the kids that she sees! Her medical assistant is also extremely helpful and the receptionists were all very kind! Highly recommend!
My 2 grandsons see Dr. Sarmiento, and he is awesome. He is very caring and would always reply to any concerns and queries regarding my grandsons health. The nurses and medical assistants are also great.
