Dr. Hempstead is amazing. Even though we moved further from the office it’s worth coming back here to see him. The rest of the staff at this office is also fantastic and makes our little guy as comfortable as possible.
Very long time to get a pediatric appointment! We need to wait for more than10 days to see his pediatrician.
I recently got reassigned to Kaiser to one of my favorite pediatricians out there!! Dr Hempstead is one of the most caring and thoughtful doctors and I can not wait to be going back to him for my kiddos!! Always loved Kaiser but he is a truly amazing person and doctor!
I am extremely disappointed with the service at Kaiser. I had to wait over an hour for a simple 5-minute immunization. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall management of the facility. A one-star rating is generous given this experience.
