Two weeks of wait to call you back then one month of wait to set up appointment then another one month of wait if you reschedule. Unacceptable. They have way too many patients and they cannot handle the load any more.
I LOVE Dr. Cusato! She is funny and a delight and made surgery almost fun. She spent almost 30 minutes on the phone explaining my issues and has been very attentive to answering questions. Dr. C. is like that fun aunt at Thanksgiving whom you adore and wonder why all adults can't be that lively and fun.
