I had a garage door installed by Kaiser about a year ago. Recently it has been making a grinding noise so I called them to come and take a look. Gordon knew the minute he heard my garage door open what the problem was. It just needed some grease. He also left me his can in case I had the issue again. I also was having trouble with my wall opener. It was really hard to push. Gordon took it apart and now it works so easily. Very professional and polite. I would recommend them to any one with garage door trouble.

KAISER... THE BEST.. Not even a close second.... I called and was scheduled for a repair the following day. Told them that I couldn't get my car out of the garage...."HOLD ON... LET'S SEE IF WE HAVE A SERVICE PERSON IN THE AREA".. Thirty minutes later Philip was here.. Took about one hour but WELL WORTHG it.. These guys are GRRREATTTTTT.... DAVE

I had Kaiser come to my house to replace the garage door opener in my home. I told the technician that the remotes were not working and to close the door you have to hold the button down until the door close. He checked a few things to make sure the opener did not need replacing. But in the end the opener needed replacing. He finished in a timely and went over everything with me. They gave me a appointment with a 2 hour window and called when they were on the way.

After buying a "new" 16 year old house, the garage door motors needed some repairs, eventually leading to replacing both of them. Kaiser was more than fairly priced, reliable, expert, thorough, courteous, and went above and beyond in taking the best care of us. I'd call them again in a quick moment if the need arises. Outstanding service company!

Phillip from Kaiser Garage Doors came out to service our garage doors. He was on time, and knowledgeable. I requested more information re: upgrading to wireless openers. A Representative contacted me that same day with the information. I highly recommend Kaiser for your garbage door needs.

I had Kaiser come out to my home in Boulder city; my 14' roll-up door looked like a old Penn fishing reel that back spun. I thought the builder had told me they were who installed the doors originally but come to find out they were not. They cam with the right tools for the job and didn't wast any time doing the repairs. They also pointed out some things that cold have been done during the installation that may have prevented the issue from happening. I have to say these guys are awesome. Showed up on time when they said they would, Danny was the installer and a super nice guy and drove all the way from AZ to do a Las Vegas install, Who does that?? Kaiser garage doors and gates did. These guys where a 100.00 more then everyone else but I was happy to pay it cause I got triple the product and the service was hands down the best it could get. Let these guys do your install and you wont be disappointed.
