Fast, reliable, no shipping charges….just my regular prescription copay .
Absolutely the worst mail order I have ever had to deal with. They canceled an order without notifying me. They don’t understand how to communicate with their members. I would not recommend kaiser to anyone I care about and have changed insurance.
Medication was sent a week late and they did not update me.
