By order of my primary, I went to Kaiser ER. I had a sinus infection that dropped to my kidneys and lungs and the pain completely removed any mobility and I had chest pains from the cortisol. I'm 64 and the Triage appeared to be normal, but clearly no priority was given as I was placed upright back in the lobby for 6 hours without any communication, treatment for pain or accommodation of prone waiting position, despite constant pain from sitting up. Horrible service!! My husband was scheduled for his appointment at 11:30am we got here early at 10am to be exact hoping to get seen sooner. It is now 12pm still waiting! So disappointing!👎
Mid City has horrible hospitals. If I recall my grandmother hated the Kaiser system and care. As an adult I see why. For some reason the staffing at these hospitals talk down and the administration access is unprofessional. There is bias and it's coming from Brown folks in Uniforms and Scrubs. Parking is a disaster if you are hurt and have to get to the hospital. In general it has a very third word feeling and staffing seems comfortable being rude condescending a d giving false administration information. They basically BLOC... read more
