They were unprofessional. They gave my daughter an appointment for 3:45, and when she arrived, the lights were on, but the building was locked. The girl told my niece that the lights weren't working (even though they were on) and didn't bother to call and let her know not to come.
The shop is clean and they do real hair and weave very well.. Very professional and friendly.
They do hair very well when they are open. This is a place of business and their hours of operation are not accurate. This is the 4th time I came to the salon mid week and they’ve been closed. It’s now 12:45 PM on a Tuesday and the gate is down. Unacceptable!
I needed to find a new shop and I definitely did with this place! They always say hello when you walk in and the service is consistent which I appreciate.
