Today was the first visit with Pediatric Dentistry. The employees were great as was Dr. Kailes. Highly recommend their facility!
Dr Kailes and our hygienist Lisa were friendly, and helpful! Both made my girls feel comfortable. Dr Kailes always does a great job explaining the visit and what she’s noticed about their teeth. My daughter Ella told me on our way out that she can’t wait to come back again!
The office staff was efficient & professional. We were able to get a timely appointment for an urgent issue. The assistants were amazing with my child (got my squirmy monkey to hold still for X-rays). The new office is beautiful and kid centric - toys and distractions everywhere, colorful dental equipment, smart flow. The team was so patient and kind to my daughter during her first filling. They explain everything (in a non-intimidating way) every step of the way. So thankful for caring, respectful professionals who understand children’s needs.
Always the best care from Dr. Kailes! My son has had to have multiple extra visits over the years and still loves Dr. Kailes. He hates the dental work but she has made it bearable for ten years now. My daughter is sad to turn 18 because she has been in the Pediatric Dentistry No Cavity Club for 10 years now!
We saw Dr Stahman and we were so impressed! She broke everything down on my 6 year old’s level and made her comfortable with every step! So sweet! She really loves getting her gold coin at the end for a prize!! The office was so nice and clean and updated!!
Very nice, friendly and patient with the young ones. Let’s the kids interact with what they are doing. Doctors and staff are spot on. The new office also looks great.
Our visit was great. The hygenist was patient and talked my daughter through her fears by keeping her informed and taking her feelings seriously through each step of the process. Dr. Kailes was honest with my daughter, and considerate of her fears. Both were understanding and it seemed important to build a relationship of trust with my daughter. Thank you.
The dentist can be a scary place for some children. Pediatric Dental staff and Dr. Staman made us feel at home. They made us a part of every step. From check-in to check-out. Their calm, professional, and affable demeanors rested all concerns. My son enjoyed the token system and no cavity club ribbon. He was also very much included and aware of every step. Thank you!
