I took my daughter Brianna today for her first appointment with Dr. Kailes. Everything about the visit was outstanding!! The assistant and Dr. Kailes were very thorough in explaining the assessment. My daughter had never been to a Pediatric Dentist before and all she could talk about on the way home was how much she liked the whole experience in general. Always on time, friendly and courteous!!
Kayla was so sweet and welcoming. She was extremely informative about everything for my son's first visit. Dr. Kailes let him get used to her being in the room first before she attempted to look at his teeth. He still cried but it could've been much worse with different doctors and assistants.
I took my daughter into Pediatric Dentistry today and I was so impressed with the clinic and the staff. You honestly couldn't meet better people. My daughter was very nervous about having dental work done but they made her very comfortable. They even covered her up with a Jojo Siwa blanket, which she loved, when she was cold. I will be taking my son there as well. I will not take my kids anywhere else.
Taking my daughter to the dentist is something I always dread. Its painful to watch my child with asperger's suffer in a way most children never have to deal with. However, Dr. Kailes has a very special dental assistant named Lisa, who knows and understands my daughters fears and strengths which makes the entire process, FINALLY, a normal one.
Awesome place for my daughter’s first dentist appt. Very friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.
The office itself is really neat with tablets on the walls, vide games, and other fun stuff for the kids to do. The dentist was great as was the dental assistant. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and gave my child good advice on taking care of her teeth as well as discussing any concerns I had. It was a good visit. I'm glad we found someplace we like closer to home.
We have been seeing Dr Kailes and her staff for 6 years or more. I’m never dissatisfied, Dr Kailes, Dr Stamen and the entire staff always take it to the next level!
Awesome as always, Dr Kailes and staff 😘 Mary has no fear going to the dentist because of you all... even after extensive oral surgery this past summer ... We love you all ... especially Dr Kailes ! ❤️❤️❤️
