Scheduling is ridiculously difficult and you have to plan way too far in advance for routine care. This model does not facilitate establishing a patient-doctor relationship when you have to take first available or book so far in advance. In addition, wait times in office are also too long. When you have to wait an hour after your appointment to actually be seen by your healthcare provider, and with with no apologies, that is unacceptable. Quality of care has declined at ARC.
