Kaige Kubota is an amazing help. Thay always have what I need and can get it too me on time. And Dawson is always top tier when it comes to customer service he goes out of his way to make sure I am happy and taken care of. And the Equipment is always clean and reliable.

Kim via phone was very nice when placing an order. However, she wasn't there when I went to pick up parts, and in-store customer service was appalling. I was the only person in the lobby. A young woman completely ignored me and just looked at her phone. Several minutes later, a male asked me what I wanted and acted like he was doing me a favor to ring up my purchase. I think he spoke two words to me, which were "sign here." I will go out of my way not to spend my money at this dealership again.
