I love theses knives and have 11 of them. One of the tips broke off a paring knife while cutting a soft cheese. I returned for warranty but was told it wasn’t a defect and the knife was not replaced. I am meticulous with my knives and am only fortunate I did not eat the piece that came off the top. Very disappointing customer service.
