Standing in the salon right now. I called this afternoon and asked if I could buy a gift card and how late they were open. They said "yes, and we're open until 9:00 tonight. " I arrived at 7:55 and they said they were about to close and didn't know of they could process a gift card. Now I've been standing here for 10 minutes while they try do this simple transaction. They may know how to fix hair but they sure as heck don't know how to run a business. Even something as simple as knowing how late they're open.

The girls there are all amazingly talented and do a great job to relax you and make sure step by step that you are getting the style you want, while knowing how to achieve the same look at home.
