HORRIBLE SERVICE. Network never works more than 2 weeks without problems, then Lou Kahn comes in to fix it, and 2 weeks later it goes down again. Then he repeats the process over and over again, and we get a bill from him every time. Starting to feel like a scam.
We are contacting the authorities due to Mr. Kahn's actions. He was fired as our IT professional and another was hired to fix his mistakes. Now we are being harassed.
I have known Lou Kahn for over 6 years and I have been a client for the past 5 years. He responds quickly and does a great job. He is very reliable. I would highly recommend him for any IT issues.
