Nothing is misrepresented here, Lisa Kahn's insulting behavior nearly cost her client the deal: We found new mold during final walk through and asked about it during closing. Lisa Kahn directly insulted my wife and I for even mentioning it. The seller did not realize how close the deal was to falling apart at closing due to the insulting and unprofessional behavior of Lisa, not the mold. Lisa represented the seller and as the buyer we were shocked by how unprofessional Lisa Kahn acted. Lisa Kahn's attitude nearly blew the entire deal; as the buyer, we were ready to walk away from the closing table if she said one more insult. Aside from insulting my wife and I, she insulted another attorney , and arrived extra late to closing. Furthermore Lisa made a mistake in the original contract which delayed our mortgage.
