In this pandemic that we are in, I understand why the follow ups are via Zoom. However, you can always call the office for private consultation. Dr. Shillingford is an excellent surgeon. His staff is very knowledgeable, and can help you with minor problems. I had Bariatric surgery with him, and I have NO complaints. The PBG surgery center, also, was very helpful with recovery. If I had to grade Dr. Shillingford, I’d give him an A+!
One must be a part of a zoom session with him and the other patients. My original session I was never send the link, so I had to wait another week for the next session. It was so unorganized. One of the employees said something and the other employee corrected her and the first employee said, "oh, it changed" and the second employee said, "oh, I didn't know that". Dr. Shillingford and his staff are truly amazing. Michelle, Nancy, and Elba in the office are wonderful and will answer any question you may have and if they do not know, they will find out so you do know. Dr. Shillingford does amazing work! DR. SHILLINGFORD IS A ROCKSTAR! This past Monday (April 8, 2019), I finally had my Sleeve done with him, and I could not be happier. Best surgeon for this, and I did A LOT of research. Amazing bedside manner, so kind and patient, and his staff was great, too. Anyone considering this surgery, call Dr. Shillingford. You'll thank me later.

This is the best people ever. The entire staff is very friendly and are great at communication and keeping you updated. Every question I have had has been promptly answered to my satisfaction. Will definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!
Earlier this week Dr. Shillingford performed a robotic hernia surgery on me. It has now bee three full days and no one has contacted me to see how I am doing. Perhaps this is no longer done but it seems like the right thing to do.
