Very Nice place, the rooms are large, a little outdated but so what. The hot tub was perfect. The pool is shallow, if you just want to cool off from the hot tub, it's great. The slide was a nice touch, kids love it. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Our room was very hot, took all night with the air conditioner on to get it cool. If you like a warm toasty room, it's good, I'm use to sleeping in a cool room. The noise level was not bad for being poolside. Nice staff always working to keep it clean.
Mark was very very helpful. Excellent listening skills. The house keeping team was awsome and the kitchen helper/provider was assertive and friendly; however, the lady when I checked in that bitter cold evening around 6:30 was very rude to me but courteous to my husband. She wasn’t aware we were together and she showed a difference by not acknowledging me , looking down or elsewhere when I was asking her questions and she was short and bitter in her tone and body language.
