Being a tourist Kahala Mall is easy to get to by bus from Waikiki. It has an okay range of shops and not too crowded. Customer service is 50-50 as you get the very helpful to the very unhelpful and the unhelpful belong to California pizza. They treat you by your colour the darker you are the worse the service. Macy's, longs and the others are good.
Great place to shop outside Waikiki, people very friendly and great movie theatre. Mahalo
