Kahala Mall was great. It had everything without the hustle and bustle of big places like Ala Moana.
Your security staff are useless. They LET thiefs run away and won't bother chasing them. They need to "file a report" before they do anything. If you suspect a customer is a thief don't bother calling them just call HPD. And also if you happen to be an employee that parks on the third floor they won't care at all if your cars get broken into because its "not their problem" � Kahala Mall Security 0/10

Been going to Kahala Mall for years to see and participate in live music performances at the stage. Numerous times Mall security guard s setting up and running mall sound system for shows. Very loud piercing feedback produced by sound system during shows. Very discouraging to performers and audiance and anyone passing by. Mall should hire trained sound techs. to at least run sound system for music or just have people perform without it. Mall security does a awesome job at what they do. Parking is okay, the theaters don't have stadium seating, Starbucks is dirty, the shops are okay. Love Chili's, love Puka's.
