All they care about is money. I called and begged for them to help my husband because he has a tendon laceration in his wrist and he doesn’t have insurance and we don’t have the funds to pay out of pocket so they said they can’t help us… I begged for a payment plan and they wouldn’t even try to accommodate or help…. Doctors these days are money hungry, they don’t actually want to help people….its sad. My husband can’t work and we have a child to feed , it’s been a very stressful month and no one seems to want to help.
My husband and I can not say enough about OrthoKagan. From knee replacements and shoulders for my husband and to hip, ankle and spine issues for myself, every member of THEIR TEAM have been professional, personable, helpful, caring, thorough individuals. Thank you all, as in some difficult times, KINDNESS goes a long way. Again, special thanks to Dr Peter Curcoine, Dr Alec Dierksheide and Dr Franco Vigna.
Everything was excellent.
Very professional staff. Everything happens in the time frame as scheduled.
Appointment went well. Very thorough. Dr. Jugan as well as the PA listened and advised as to care.
