They run their residents like a private equity firm. Not like a community. If they own it, skip it.
Currently live in metro Oxford in Berkley. It’s a really nice location. The rooms aren’t bad at all, albeit a little cramped for the price you pay. However, it’s nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone you’re trying to talk to. Maintenance is a pain to schedule, but the guy is really nice. The property managers that were here when I first moved in 6 months ago either abandoned their jobs or got fired. Now there is only one person handling stuff which isn’t working for anyone. Currently a resident at Weatherstone Townhouse for over a year and since new property manager started over the summer the customer services has gone down. Only have one maintenance worker and maintenance work orders are backed up. Call for up dates on work orders , I have been lied to about when work orders will be started or completed. The new property manager is very unprofessional and I have tried calling corporate for regional manager information and the receptionist will not direct me to regional manager. Absolutely terrible at the kensington park location. Water sprinklers constantly damaging the paint on my car. As well as rent going up every year I've lived here. Look elsewhere.
