Don’t live anywhere related to this company. Very unprofessional, communication is terrible, they do not care about their tenants at all. They double charged me multiple fees upon moving out and forced me to pay $640 that was an error on their part. If I could give a 0 I would.

I have lived at Metropolitan 13 Flats since October of 2020 and have paid my rent through monthly ACH debits from my checking account through every lease, without any issues. On June 20th 2025, I requested a Lease Modification to remove the previous joint resident, Kaftan acknowledged receipt of the signed document on June 23rd. On June 27th I was informed via phone call from the Kaftan Met 13 office that there had been a glitch in removing the person and they were no longer able to see my profile in Rent Cafe. I would give a 0 star if I could. Wouldn't move here if it was the last place to move to. No support. No call backs. Terrible management from this corporation. And I lived here for 4 years.
