I have lived in three different Kaftan Communities properties and have had a positive experience at each one. The staff has always been friendly, responsive, and accommodating, which has made living there enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Kaftan Communities to anyone searching for an apartment.
I had lived at Kensington Park Apartments for a few years and was pleased with how management handled any concerns that I had. The grounds always looked good and the pool always looked inviting in the summer months.
I’ve had a great experience living here, good location and great management. 10/10 recommend.
