What you actually get is a property plagued by mold, bugs, dirt, and a complete lack of pride in maintenance. The condition of these townhomes is unacceptable. Refuse to answer emails, hold their office employees accountable, have no human empathy and are predatory. These entire organization is disgusting and so are their townhomes. Calling them luxury is a joke when they are covered in Mold, Bugs and dirt

I have lived in three different Kaftan Communities properties and have had a positive experience at each one. The staff has always been friendly, responsive, and accommodating, which has made living there enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Kaftan Communities to anyone searching for an apartment.
