I am at the end of my lease June 30th and I receive a text ..are you renewing or vacating? Of course I am vacating if I have not renewed. Do not rent from these people!! They nickel and dime you with late fees. Accounting people are so eager to start evictions during a pandemic.. stick you with late fees...I'm convinced that is how they pay their employees bonuses . Â
