Tom used to be with another company and made sure he always worked on my cars. When he left and started his own company, Tom Kaercher Automotive I followed him there even though it was a little further from home than the other company. I have my vehicles serviced exclusively at his establishment and he has found problems to 2 or 3 major things I had wrong which other garages couldn't find.
