Even though Kadoh wasn’t able to be my realtor since she isn’t licensed in Wisconsin, she went above and beyond to connect me with the perfect Wisconsin realtor who helped me buy my very first home. She truly cared about making sure I was taken care of, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her support and guidance throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone who will have your back and make sure you’re in the best hands, Kadoh is it!
This was my first time working with Kadoh. I am getting back into real estate investing and I found she was very knowledgeable on finding the right investment property for what I was looking for. She herself is a real estate investor which was very helpful. She knows her stuff and has contractor resources to help you make the right decision! Excellent communication and follow-through even during "off" hours. She is a hard worker and it shows!
Kadoh went to bat for me throughout the whole transaction. She was always on the ball with inspections, negotiations, addendums and present every time we did an on-site (despite the long drive and cold weather). Plus I ended up with a fantastic deal. Wouldn't change a thing. P.S. I do NOT do reviews, so she earned it.

Kadoh worked with me to get into my first home. She suggested a great lender that was able to get me into a zero down program. She was knowledgeable and responsive through out the entire process. When I purchase again I Will definitely be using Kadoh again.
