I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated at Kadlec Primary Care South Richland. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and rely on Dial-A-Ride, which requires me to schedule transportation in advance and wait for my scheduled return ride. In June, there was a mix-up with my appointment. Because I had already paid for transportation and would otherwise have been stranded waiting hours for my return ride, I asked if I could still be seen. Was yelled at by receptionist " Are you here to see a provider" I was standing by the elevator to go upstairs for lab work. You would think if someone was by the elevator they would know this maybe not. But no one likes to be yelled at from 25 feet away.

You want to read this if you care about your health or love one + read the reviews before this one. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but out of reflection — because sometimes people need to be reminded why they chose this field.
