Totally sux. No compassion no care. My mom went in ok and under her own will and died there amongst her ashes was a metal piece of medical device that was left inside her.which had her breathing problems
My daughter got bit in the mouth by a dog on 7/12/22 the waiting room was full and people standing along the sides of walls we sat down and a gentleman told us he had been waiting for 4 hrs already ugg couldn't give her any pain meds b/c they said she had to be seen by a Dr. first so mean while we showed up at hospital at 10:00pm and wasn't released till 3:30 am was ridiculous! Prison or hospital??? Went to emergency one night, me dialysis patient 2yrs, home peritoneal treatments. Ambulance took me to emergency after my abdominal pain got so bad felt like having baby but no contractins no baby an hour of this horrible pain no in my shoulders and back. Sat in ER 3 more hours NOTHING GIVEN FOR PAIN. ER saying I need I v hook up fist. So dehydrated can't find vein. Fuckers. I'm not a lady to curse. RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF
My doctor is awesome but the clinic is managed by incompetent fools who care nothing about the well being of their patients. They submitted my paperwork incorrectly to the insurance company and now I am stuck waiting for an "urgent" procedure. When I informed Elaine (was told she is manager) of the error she did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I am now asking my primary care doc to help me find a new cardiologist. I will miss my doctor, but if the underlying support system cannot be trusted with matters of the heart... read more
The administrative staff at this office is inept and apparently uncaring. After more than 2 months of trying to get an appointment with a referral from my doctor, I have gotten nothing but a run around. No return phone calls from the referral, many unanswered calls and multiple excuses for delays. The third time they told me they did not have a referral (even though they previously told me the dr would call me after my last re-fax of the referral), I gave up.
Absolutely Extremely unprofessional Extremely unreliable, No one here absolutely care's about ANY patients, looses all and everything, mixes patience samples, I personally witnessed it!!! Just overall is a VERY Horrible Hospital!!! Been asking to speak to someone who is in charge for literally 2-3 Day's And NOT one person has responded! As expected!!! No One here Seriously gives a F--K about No patients! Every Day I have been asking to speak with someone in charge.... And Still Nothing!!!
Reception was very kind and efficient. I was in an exam room within 20 min. P.A. Nathan Le was absolutely amazing. He took the time to ask many questions. He truly cared. He not only gave me referrals for ENT and G.P. He sent those places my information and they called to set up appointments with me. It saved me so much time. I left feeling so overwhelmingly happy with the reminder that there really are good caring people in this world. Thank you to everyone at Hawthorne Urgent Care. God Bless you all.
Seriously! I experienced another misleading, wasteful, and disrespectful interview journey with Providence Anchorage, Alaska's hospital, interviewing for a Sustainability Program Manager in November 2021.
