This is the most awful hospital to go to....doctors and nurses are very rude. If something is wrong they don't tell you and sometimes even just pho you off and discharge you. They will also discharge you the same day that you have a baby,surgery,etc. They DO NOT care about your needs or pain. If you want great hospitality and great care go to legacy meridian or to OHSU or legacy Emmanuel.. Pperiod... DO NOT GO TO WILLAMETTE FALLS HOSPITAL

I put in my chart that the office they referred me to hasent been taking new patients for over a year. The my chart lady calls me and tells me the only way they know is to refer someone and get turned down. This has to be b.s. no company is that stupid.

My husband is a new patient and a transfer from another medical group due to his prior provider was only seeing pts on Wed & Thurs and my husband's medical history is advancing and he needs more availability. With all of that said, Calvin is his provider and so far (pt/provider experience since August '22), it's been wonderful from the ladies at the front 4.6⭐ to Calvin's MA 4.9⭐ to Calvin himself at 4.9⭐. Calvin's MA is VERY knowledgeable; I'm a MA but her knowledge given was more like an RN. Thank you...

I came into St. Joseph's Emergency Room with an extremely painful UTI and they kept me in the waiting room for two hours straight. When they first called me in, they took a sample of my urine, then sent me back into the waiting room. One hour later, they called me in again, only to be sent to an internal waiting area. Finally, they treated me in front of everyone else in the waiting area, no private room whatsoever, and administered an antibiotic shot, and sent me back to the waiting area to endure a burning sensation for 20... read more

Why are you limiting visitors? Your staff comes and goes, exposed to illnesses in and outside of work yet you chastise and browbeat loved ones. I am suspicious of any entity that isolates and makes policies that are illogical.

If I was able to give a lower rating to this place, I would have done that without any hesitation! I usually don’t write bad reviews but I am doing this so that nobody else would have to go through such a bad treatment like we had! I’m a mother of a 1 month old who rushed to the ER due to my child having Covid with very high fever and rushed there in seek of their help! We lived on the West side for 40 years. Our medical needs were taken care of by Virginia Mason (VM). We have recently moved to the Tri-cities. At VM when I went for my labs, without appointment, it took about 20 minutes. At my annual physical I would strip and my GP would check my whole body from head to foot and also check my eyes, nose, ears, throat, prostate and heart. At Kadlec I was 4th in line for labs and it took an hour, the technician couldn't fine the work order, I went back out and waited another 20 minutes ... read more
