I have never been so please as I was this go around in the ER. There have been many and, this was by far the best! The Doctor was wonderful and thorough. The staff working with him were all so pleasant and helpful! I would recommend this hospital over the other ones in the Tri-Cities!
ICU has really good nurses and great care!
I will tell my family and friends that my stay in ladled hospital was my first time and the nurse doctors treat me with care. they made sure I was comfortable and they kept my room clean and me I'm doing fine now thanks to Keslie hospital keep up the good work

Another review said it best “kadlec clinics leave a lot to be desired”. I would not suggest the family residency clinic. Period. If you’re ok with having to call them 3 times just to schedule an appointment; a live person answers the phone but cannot schedule you; they take a message and tell you someone will call you back but that call never comes. They are also horrible about keeping you in the know about results whether it be labs, imaging etc. I will be switching my primary doc yet again because these people can’t get it... read more
they were very friendly & actually listened to me that was a big surprise because a lot of other places people dont. I had fallen at home & hit my back /side on the corner of the stairs after crawling to bed & being stuck there for over 24hr I called 911. they took the time to listen to me explain about my Disability because of my back injury & were quick to get x-rays done to make sure I did not break anything. I only bruised my entire side/ half my back but did not break anything. they even called me a taxi to take me come... read more
gave birth to all three of my children they're in their Birthing I also have had to surgeries once again very very very good stuff great bedside banner
My grandson went to the hospital. They took really care of him right away. The drs and nurses were so caring.even had a child care advocate to help him stay calm.
