Providence and Dr Wheeler's staff do not follow thru!! Left messages and phone for provider... 6 weeks later, no response. My spouse also attempted phone and email contact regarding another medical matter without success. Went to a Providence Olympia West manager who said she would address the problem by the next day... IMPROPER diagnosis,life threating care,unclean rooms, racist, doctors on a carousel patient program, not reading computer to access proper treatment, patient nude curtains left drawn back for every one to see that walks down the halls, free peep show. Rude tossing and rolling, that's only some of what my has endured for 9months, still there treated like a slave,l looking for new surguries to make money!

I have been impressed by Dr. Pajarillo and all the staff at Gresham Providence. They answer my questions by email very quickly, are knowledgeable when I call and are overall just wonderful. Dr. P really cares about her patients and I am lucky to have her as my doctor.

This medical staff are idiots (nurse & office)! My husband had a urinary procedure done which resulted in a UTI. When contacting them they said to go to urgent care for a urine culture. Being that he was in pain and there was a 3 hr. wait at UC, we went directly back to the urology office, asking if they can order labs or do the test in their office. My senior citizen mother was admitted to Sacred Heart for syncopal episodes and discharged with an order for a Holter Monitor by a Hospitalist. It was important that she receive her cardiac monitoring right away, they were concerned she may have a prolonged QT interval. My mother called Providence Spokane Cardiology 2-3 times a week for 2 months to get an appt but noone at Providence Spok Cardiology called her back to get her scheduled, as an RN I investigated all missed calls she had, there were zero return calls from Prov... read more

She should have her medical license revoked. To start off, I showed up for my 2:10pm appointment at 1:33pm to fill out paperwork even though I already filled it out online. The paperwork took me until 2:12pm to complete and had to wait in the waiting room until 2:33pm to have the assistant weigh me and put me in a room. I think disorganized or why make some one in pain wait 7 hours for a diagnosis,,no food , no heat, had to ask for a blanket,,,not a good place to go.
