Was not helpful the 10 times we have been in for the same problem. Spending 6hrs in the waiting/ER and being released with no results or solutions.

My 2 year old had tubes put in and adenoids removed. They were awesome with him in the pre-op. As he started to get active and fussy, one employee from the nurses' station brought in dry erase markers for him to write on the glass door. Doctors, nurses and other patients went by waving and playing with him. He went back to surgery with a smile and no fear. It sure helped this nervous mommy wait.
as much as I hate hospitals the medical staff here is awesome they treat you as being not a number and fine a way too connect with you and your concern no matter how petty and trivial they are. and that goes from the doctors all the to the rns, and cns
they show concern when other hospitals (trios) don't instead of HELPING the patient the staff at trios not all but a few select staff like to pass judgement rather then help the patient. kadlec on the other hand admitted him immediately for treatment..

I had back surgery in May of 2019. The nurses were so professional and so polite. I have nothing but good to say about this hospital. I am used to rude nurses down in Los Angeles who make you wait an hour for a pain shot. That was not the case here. When the I told the nurse I hurt, she came right in with the pain medication. It was clean and everyone was friendly.
Arash Motaghi seems to be an arrogant a** who thinks his time is more important than ours. I haven't even met him, and now have no desire to even do so. I took time off from work in Grandview to drive to Richland got there on time, took 4 minutes to get in the elevator and for the receptionist to figure out her password and was then told he would not see us because it was 5 minutes past the appointment time. what a bunch of BS, hopefully we can get a referral somewhere else and not have to deal with these people!
