I was dissatisfied by the fact I was turned away at the urgent care and was told to go to the emergency facility instead. All I wanted was to get my ears cleaned out because they were plugged. I ended up paying more for the bill due to this. I feel like this is a way for Kadlec to profit more.
Took my 10 month old to the freestanding ER yesterday, was told he just had nose congestion, was given no meds besides being told to use a bulb syringe. Took him to his pcp at CBHA today and was told he has a lot of build up in his lungs, double ear infections, he has to take an antibiotic and do nebulizer treatments, plus he needed testing for RSV and the flu! Kadlec ER in Kennewick! Took my 3 year old daughter in because she was burning up and not feeling very well and one of the nurses wants to tell me “ oh did you say she’s hot? Doesn’t feel hot some people need to learn to educate them selfs on some sickness because this isn’t life threatening “ told me nothing was wrong with my daughter when the whole time my daughter had Bronchitis. Maybe y’all need to learn and educate your self more.
they dont know how to do their job. worst place to go if you need proper medical attention. i would rather die then go to any of kadlec hospitals or other facilities affiliated with kadlec. i would recommend you not to take your you children here or deliver your baby here. they still haven’t sent my daughters paternity paper work in and now we have to wait another 4weeks for her corrected birth certificate. worst hospital in the world!!
Booked appt at their express care yesterday for appt today and just received a call stating they can’t see me there but I can go sit at Urgent Care and wait for an appt. I am very sick and need to be seen—so getting a call cancelling today is just not okay. I was told they didn’t have the proper equipment for my symptoms (abdominal pain) then when I complained they offered me at 9:30 appt at the same facility. This was a horrible experience with Kadlec and I wish the citizens of TC had other options.
Kadlec (and Providence) are so lucky to have the exceptional nursing staff. Every interaction I have had with these caring, intelligent, efficient yet always taking time to see to my needs ... have been a very positive one. From ER to Lab to Xrays to Outpatient IV to Inpatient for 10 days ..... These front line professionals are to be commended.
