The staff on med/surg are all liars and neglect and abuse their patients. They are also lazy, rude and ignorant about how to be a real nurse. All their licenses should be revoked.

I have been a nurse for 31 years. The nurses on med/surg all need fired. No compassion, no listening to the patient and absolutely no skill sets what so ever. I made my doctor release me before they killed me or caused another complication due to their incompetence. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I would give zero stars if possible, as I hope no one has to go through what I have in dealing with the hospice team. I was a caregiver for several years for a woman who went through Providence hospice (and died within 5 days of not being fed and put on morphine). She did not want to die and was not ready to die. I won't give many details for her privacy, but my concerns were dismissed and swept under the rug by the hospice nurses. Communication was terrible. I am waiting with a friend for 80 min on the ER waiting room. Not impressed. My friend has chest pain, headache, nausea and a bp of 200/120. Was triaged and had ECG which was shown to the Dr. and is supposedly OK. They aren’t addressing the high BP. Would not recommend this ER and we are both former ER nurses and agreed we would not have a pt with these symptoms and vitals waiting this long.

These people are the definition of ER treat and street. Only they forgot the treat part. Then lied on discharge notes about what was said and what happened. Needless to say now waiting on pcp to see where I need to go from here to get some relief from the pain I'm being forced to endure by these people. I didn't want drugs.. I wanted answers!

I live out of state and have a family member who is a patient at Sacred Heart in Spokane. I have had interactions with the operator,nurses,Dr.s,social workers and various other employees. I have first hand knowledge that all persons have been very helpful and have gone above and beyond what one would expect to assist me and keep me informed. I will forever remember how very kind and supportive SACRED HEART HOSPITAL was to myself and my family.
