Excellent service, top of the line care and staff! Won't go anywhere else!
My week 4 chemo pump was supposed to run through next Tuesday and is empty today. What a screw up on the part of Dr A. Patel and Kadlec Hemotology and Oncology Clinic to fill my 24/7 chemo-pump with only 4 days of drugs. With all the checks and double checks this seems a bit incompetent and not like the spot on treatment received at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle where my surgery and chemo were performed.
Staff is very friendly and the provider really took the time to evaluate what was bothering me.
The nurses in pediatrics made our 10 day stay there wonderful! Especially Nicole. She went above and beyond her duties for us!
If you get sicker leaving or injured beware, risk management job is to "keep you happy" until you disappear. FYI before you allow anyone to put contrast in you at any MRI you ask them about the new FDA warning on MRI contrast. Ask questions before your given another drug or test!
Horrible experience, it is so nice to be in a HUGE amount of pain, and be refused to be helped. I struggled to get there, then struggled to leave and had to go to the ER instead. No compassion from anyone there, rude and cold hearted. I couldn't believe it.
Nothing is more fun than listening to your ER staff complain about patients pulling up out front..... Isn't their job to be here to help us and not look at it as a pain in the ass that we are here????
My son and I both have had surgeries at Kadlec and they were absolutely amazing.
