1 lousy star for nasty hospital administrators mistreating the amazing RNs you have on your staff. Shame!
Growth will mean nothing without your fabulous, caring, patient concerned NURSING STAFF. Show the respect they deserve. They do the legwork floor all your "plans". I SUPPORT KADLEC NURSES!!!
Kadlec needs to bargain in good faith with their nurses.
I am appalled at the manner the hospital administration is treating their nurses. The nurses are the lifeblood of the hospital and clinics. They are a major reason your hospital has become great over the years. Treating them so poorly is distasteful and discouraging, if you have such disdain for them, how can I ever believe you value your patients. Shame on you, Kadlec Admin, shame on you.
I don't understand how a regional hospital doesn't have the basic of medications. Why should I have to bring my own personal medication when staying there? How can you take care of your patients this way? So disappointed.
My son was born 26 weeks and weight 1 pound and 14 ounces and stayed in the NICU for two months and a half. Nurses are very good on what they do, they are very nice. Now my son is 11 years old. 2015 I had my girl and she was born 33 weeks, again she has to stayed in the NICU but this time only for 11 days because she weight 3 pounds and 11 ounces and that was 4 months ago.
So thankful to all of the staff but most grateful to the amazing nurses of the NICU unit! My poor little angel was taken there immediately after birth and has been receiving such wonderful loving care. She has now made a total turn around in only 24 hours. Can't say enough about this great team. You are never judged and they are always so helpful with questions and never rush you. Thanks again!
Elizabeth, Will, Chris and T on the surgical floor gave me the best care ever. I wanted to just stay! As pleasant an experience as surgery and a stay in the hospital can get. Surgical team was outstanding. I'd visit again, but sincerely hope I don't need to!
