I just want to do a shout out to Mount Carmel Hospital maternity department was absolutely amazing! The staff was so professional and down to earth. I just figured since nobody ever shares the positive about a place that I would. The nurses and doctors that helped deliver my little granddaughter were absolutely outstanding!

This clinic does everything in their power to go above and beyond. I CANNOT speak more highly about MFM Nurse Kaileen C. From the very beginning of my pregnancy and MFM care she treated me personably, and has always answered my questions and concerns in a professional manner. Providence was fine until the nurse insisted on giving my wife Lorazepam with the Hydromorphone she had already been taking for pain. I questioned the need for it, since my wife had been sleeping peacefully for 12 hours and had never had any sign of anxiety or agitation, for which this medication is prescribed. I questioned the possible side effects, and was told that there wouldn't be any. My wife soon started suffering terrible distress and difficulty breathing. Dr. Lee was amazing. She was prompt, had excellent communication skills, listening closely to my medical issues and asking input from me about my medical history while at the same time reviewing the recorded medical history. She clarified the issues we are facing specific to my case which allowed me to better understand my health issues. Thank you Dr. Monica Lee.

Staff often acts odd and their doctors keep making mistakes. The last mistake, a couple of weeks ago, Dr. Empress gave my wife needles (shots) on the wrong finger and seemed arrogant. My wife hates needles, so making her endure that agin for the correct finger wasn't right. Time to find another doctor.

lI was in the Providence transitional care center after getting an infection at LCMH after a knee replacement for 7 nighta.I was a nightmare The rooms were dirty, the food was awful and the air conditioning was terrible. It was so noisy that I was not able to get any rest. They would bring in carts with linens or meals and they would make a terrible racket as they pushed them down the halls. Refused to see my husband because the injury is related to a car accident and we're suing. He thinks he's too important to send medical records to our attorney and do a deposition. So sorry that helping someone get their life back is such an inconvenience to you. Pompous prick!

I highly recommend Holy Family Hospital for their excellent care of our family member. They were very skilled and efficient, and the difficult situation was less stressful because of their compassion and kindness. Thank you everyone at Holy Family!

When Dr. Seleverstov left, they left me without a Primary Care Physician. Despite me calling them over and over again for prescriptions, when I called for an appointment, Now they say I must wait many months. This organization cares nothing for its patients Richard Pullman
